Responsibilities include managing an arcade sweep schedule, performing installation tasks, coordinating with locations, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Available to work Tuesday - Saturday.
• Proficiency in electronic and mechanical assembly or installation.
• Adherence to OSHA safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good driving record with a commitment to safe driving practices.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact positively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage an arcade sweep schedule, ensuring all machines are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly or installation tasks as required.
• Check in with locations regularly to coordinate repairs and provide remote support for low-level repairs.
• Maintain parts stock and assist with prize stock at serviced locations.
• Provide remote assistance to other technicians as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with customers.
