Round One Entertainment is opening a new family entertainment facility in Colorado Mills, Lakewood, seeking a Facility Manager to lead the team. The role focuses on repairs and technical operations of arcade games, with responsibility for planning repairs and upgrades and supporting budget processes.
The position requires two years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across bowling, arcade, and spo-cha operations.

The Facility Manager is primarily responsible for all the repairs and technical operations of the amusement arcade games. Their job is to oversee, manage, and maintain mechanical/electronic amusement arcade equipment.
The Facility Manager is also responsible for the repairs, technical operations, and sanitation of facility equipment at the highest level of operating proficiency. In addition, the Facility Manager assists with planning and budgeting for repairs/upgrades, and performs administrative, logistic or other duties as assigned. Sports Challenge (Spo-Cha) equipment for locations that applies only.
Travel may be required.
Every member of the management team may be asked to handle and serve alcohol

Facilities Managers must possess a strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills to include high integrity and respects for everyone. The Facilities Manager must demonstrate solid communication, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation for diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.).
Two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. The employee is required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach objects. Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
