Job summary

Fun Quest in Reno, NV seeks a vigilant technician/team member to perform game maintenance, minor repairs, and preventive upkeep to keep attractions in like-new condition.

You will update the web-based tracking system, communicate issues to managers and technicians, and assist other locations as needed. The role requires flexibility for holidays, nights, and weekend shifts and a minimum age of 18.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance to effectively complete job responsibilities.
• Courteous and effective communication.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, minor part changes, and preventive maintenance on games to minimize downtime.
• Update a web-based tracking system when repairs are completed.
• Communicate game problems to managers and technicians.
• Program the Embed system, ensure hardware operation, repair and installation.
• Reset games and readers as needed.
• Visually inspect and balance play elements to keep games in working order.
• Greet guests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Answer questions about facilities, games, and merchandise.
• Demonstrate use of games and merchandise.
• Assist other GSR locations with setup, teardown, and moves.
• Protect company assets and sensitive data.
• Maintain relationships with departments and partners.
• Assist with daily operations such as redemption.
• Other duties as assigned.
