Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. seeks a Facility Manager for our new Colorado Mills location in Lakewood. You will lead the team responsible for repairs and technical operations of arcade games and amusement equipment, ensuring top performance and safety.

You will assist with budgeting, planning, and coordination of maintenance, while complying with all safety policies and alcohol-serving requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Solid communication, critical and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs and maintenance of bowling, arcade, and Spo-cha machines.
• Train other mechanics in safety procedures and operation standards.
• Ensure equipment and building systems comply with OSHA and safety policies.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, and bid management for repairs/maintenance.
• Handle alcohol service and enforce age restrictions per company policy.
