Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is opening a new family entertainment facility in Lakewood, CO and seeks a Facilities Supervisor to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining bowling, arcade, and Spo-Cha equipment.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle diverse tasks in a high-energy, guest-focused environment. Travel may be required; 21+ and HS diploma are required.

Responsibilities

Assign tasks to the team based on facility needs and conditions.
Assist Facilities Manager with maintenance of bowling, Spo-Cha, and arcade equipment.
Help supervise department mechanics and ensure safety practices.
Respond to machine malfunctions and analyze root causes.
Handle error calls for bowling, Spo-Cha, or arcade issues.
Maintain promotional programs for Bowling and Amusement Departments.
Ensure OSHA and company policies are followed for equipment.
Train mechanics in safety procedures and operations.
Keep the workshop clean and organized; manage inventory.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
