Qualifikationen

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment.

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action as needed.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests and Team Members.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests by repairing and maintaining amusements equipment in a timely manner.
• Loads and refills tickets in redemption games and secures ticket storage areas.
• Assists Guests with requests and questions and makes recommendations.
• Maintains favorable relationships with all Team Members to promote morale and productivity.
