The role involves operating POS systems, stocking the redemption center, and maintaining a clean arcade area in a guest-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.

• Promote center offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain redemption center inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
