Responsibilities

• Perform minor troubleshooting, repair, and part changes on games and attractions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and retain like-new condition.
• Update tracking system when repairs are completed.
• Communicate issues with managers and technicians promptly.
• Program the Embed system and ensure hardware operation.
• Balance play elements and visually inspect games for proper function.
• Greet guests, determine needs, and resolve issues quickly and fairly.
• Demonstrate game operation to guests and answer facility questions.
• Assist with daily operations such as redemption and running attractions.
• Protect company assets and maintain cross-department relationships.
