Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information to guests, clients and employees.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with two-digit numbers, fractions, weights, volume and distance.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls on the game floor, bowling, and simulators.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance on machines.
• Informs Technical Manager of potential machine problems.
• Assess every game every week.
• Complete weekly projects and tasks.
• Complete weekly maintenance sheet as assigned by Technical Manager.
• Complete weekly cleaning checklist.
• Maintains a neat and orderly workshop.
• Ensures that all self-contained games are stocked with prizes.
• Maintains a safe work environment and ensures staff follow all safety rules.
• Maintains game appearance and stocking throughout open hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
