Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves fixing things and making people smile? Southern Games, Inc. is one of Tennessee's largest video game operators, providing top-notch customer service and keeping arcade and amusement machines running smoothly.

Daily Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with arcade and amusement equipment.
• Interact with venue staff and customers to ensure smooth game operations and happy guests.
• Perform regular maintenance to keep amusement machines operating at their best.
• Manage your route, prioritize repairs, and maintain accurate service records.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, arcade, vending, or field service repair.
• Ability to diagnose and fix power issues, wiring faults, and other technical problems.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with venue staff and customers professionally.
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage service logs and routes.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to work independently at customer sites.

Salary And Benefits

Minimum Salary: $41,600.00

Maximum Salary: $45,000.00

Bonuses are available based on outstanding performance.
