A leading company in the amusement machine industry is seeking a Technician to provide technical support and warehouse duties. This role involves customer interaction, machine repair, and maintenance, requiring strong organizational skills and technical knowledge. Description:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor this salaried position provides customer facing technical support to amusement machine products and performs warehouse duties to achieve optimum storage, fulfillment and servicing of RBCC products. This position is primarily located in our warehouse.

Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must demonstrate an understanding of coin-operated amusement machine function and assembly.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service skills – via phone, email or in person
Must demonstrate an understanding of basic electronics and have basic electronics training
Must be able to use a multi meter
Must understand proper use of hand tools
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment –forklift and pallet jack is preferred.
