Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Cleaning Associate to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our bowling/arcade venue in Grapevine, TX. The role emphasizes friendly, helpful service in a lively entertainment setting.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred. A High School Diploma or GED is required to apply, with benefits and a team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year in bowling, entertainment, retail or hospitality.
• Customer service experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Previous experience in retail/restaurant or customer service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store according to procedures.
• Adhere to cleaning department work schedules and standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through cleaning and upkeep.
• Clean restrooms, replenish dispensers, and manage waste.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and handle supplies as directed.
• Support Facilities Manager and Regional Cleaning Specialist as needed.
