Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc is hiring a Cleaning Associate to maintain the store’s cleanliness in a lively bowling/arcade environment. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and open availability for evenings and weekends is preferred as the store closes late.

You will clean restrooms, floors, windows, and equipment, follow MSDS guidelines, and support a safe, welcoming customer experience. The role may involve assisting the Facilities team and handling cleaning supplies.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year in bowling, entertainment, retail or hospitality environments.
• Strong customer service experience in similar settings.
• High school diploma or GED required for application.

Responsibilities

• Follows department procedures to maintain cleanliness store-wide.
• Maintains cleaning schedules set by the department.
• Delivers excellent customer service through cleanliness and presentation.
• Familiar with MSDS sheets and safe chemical handling.
• Cleans/restrooms, replenishes dispensers, and vacuums floors.
• Operates cleaning equipment and moves equipment as needed.
• Washes walls, windows, and surfaces; uses ladders when required.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Facilities Manager.
