Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Cleaning Associate to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store, including arcades, bowling lanes, and restrooms. The role emphasizes friendly, proactive customer service and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and experience in cleaning or retail/hospitality environments. The candidate should be available nights and weekends and willing to work in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year in bowling, entertainment, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Experience in a cleaning environment preferably in a bowling or game center establishment.
• Customer service experience with a pleasant and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a retail/restaurant or customer service environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Follows department procedures to standardize cleaning practices at the store level.
• Adheres to the cleaning department’s work schedules.
• Delivers exceptional customer service through cleaning practices for the store.
• Familiar with the Cleaning Department’s MSDS sheets.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms/bathrooms and replenishes dispensers.
• Cleans, dusts and wipes store furniture, arcades, and equipment; sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors.
• Washes walls and glass surfaces; uses ladders as needed.
• Follows instructions regarding handling chemicals and supplies.
• Moves furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Washes interior and exterior windows.
• Responsible for laundering cleaning rags and dust mops.
• Keeps informed on company policies related to the Facilities Department.
