Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Cleaning Associate to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store in a busy bowling/arcade environment.

The role requires attention to detail and consistent adherence to cleaning protocols while delivering friendly service to guests. Responsibilities include sanitizing restrooms, cleaning surfaces, and supporting the Facilities Manager with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning environment preferred in bowling or game center settings.
• Customer service experience in a similar environment with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with safety data sheets and basic cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow department procedures to standardize cleaning practices store-wide.
• Adhere to cleaning department work schedules and maintenance routines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through high cleaning standards.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and surfaces; replenish dispensers.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe furniture, arcades, and equipment; wash windows.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools; follow chemical usage instructions.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed and maintain a safe, clean area.
