Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as a technician or in a similar role.
• Supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform interviews, performance reviews, and assist in hiring/terminations.
• Provide coaching and recognition, enforce safety standards.
