Position Summary

The Arcade Attendant is a part-time role responsible for exceeding guest service expectations, creating a fun atmosphere, and assisting guests across various areas while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and positively.
• Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines confidently to guests.
• Manage redemption inventory and ensure displays are stocked.
• Perform minor repairs on games and explain game operation to guests.
• Report game issues to technicians and handle guest credits.
• Provide energetic, urgent guest service.
• Monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Assist with guest recovery and ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of brand, products, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate professionally and enthusiastically with guests and coworkers.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements
