Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a friendly atmosphere by providing product information, answering guest inquiries, and handling cash transactions.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues with equipment.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance of equipment, including arcade games, prize machines, ride platforms, mobility equipment, locker systems, and other related equipment.
• Help guests with amusement games and prize selection, and restock claw-style games and the redemption center.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
• Keep the area around the assigned location clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
