Responsibilities

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games.
• Promote all of our centre’s offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade’s redemption centre.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
