Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years repair experience on arcade, vending, casino tech, or similar equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and manage service routes.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical service work.
Strong organization, communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair arcade and amusement machines at client locations.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues including wiring and sensors.
Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines operational.
Assist with installing new equipment and game conversions when needed.
Refill prize merchandise and manage redemption inventory.
Collect cash and coin from machines and deposit funds locally.
Complete service logs and communicate equipment issues to management.
Maintain clean, secure, and professional machine installations.
Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with venue staff or guests.
