Job summary

Onesource Amusement, LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to repair, install, and maintain arcade equipment across the Houston area. This hands-on role requires independent problem solving and a commitment to doing things right.

You will travel to customer sites, diagnose issues, and perform service calls with attention to safety and quality. Candidates should have at least 2 years of mechanical or electrical experience, a valid driver's license, and comfort driving pickups and box trucks.

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience.
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working independently.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Reliable, accountable, and professional.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving pickup trucks and box trucks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair amusement and gaming equipment in the field.
• Complete service calls independently and document work clearly.
• Install equipment locally and during occasional out-of-state trips.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service vehicle.
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations.
