• Hands-on experience with commercial arcade/amusement equipment required.
• Experience assembling, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing arcade games.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial arcade games.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, PC, and hardware issues and perform repairs.
• Perform game setup, calibration, software updates, and testing.
• Travel to customer locations for installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support field product testing and technical documentation.
