Onesource Amusement LLC is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to repair, install, and maintain arcade and entertainment equipment across the Houston area. The role offers consistent, year‑round work with a steady service route and opportunities for overtime and growth into higher-level technician positions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of mechanical or electrical experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and work independently.
• Reliable and professional with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving pickup trucks and box trucks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair amusement and gaming equipment in the field.
• Complete service calls independently and document work clearly.
• Install equipment locally and during occasional out-of-state trips.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service vehicle.
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations.

Onesource Amusements provides coin‑operated video gaming and entertainment equipment to bars, family entertainment centers, resorts, and venues across the United States. What began as a small, family‑run business in Texas has grown into a national operation with six offices and service in 18 states—and we’re continuing to expand. Our team takes pride in providing reliable equipment, responsive service, and strong partnerships with the businesses we support.

We’re hiring a hands‑on Field Service Technician to repair, install, and maintain arcade and entertainment equipment across the Houston area. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems in the field, and taking pride in fixing things the right way. We provide consistent, year‑round work with a steady service route. Consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and long‑term growth into higher‑level technician roles.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair amusement and gaming equipment in the field
• Complete service calls independently and document work clearly
• Install equipment locally and during occasional out‑of‑state trips
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service vehicle
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands‑on mechanical or electrical experience (preferred)
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working independently
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, accountable, and professionalValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving pickup trucks and box trucks

Technical Expectations

• Comfortable using a multimeter (voltmeter) to test voltage, continuity, and diagnose electrical issues
• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical problems in the field

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move 100+ lbs using equipment (dolly, pallet jack, etc.)
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet throughout the day
