Job summary

People Incorporated Mental Health Services seeks an ARC Outreach Practitioner I/II to engage clients, coordinate access to services, and deliver concrete support within a wraparound model. You will document interactions in the EHR, conduct assessments, and facilitate connections to long-term care coordination teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field, or a Bachelor’s with approved practicum/internship.
• Bachelor’s with practicum/internship in behavioral sciences accepted.
• Experience hours in mental health service delivery may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with person-centered support and build recovery-focused relationships.
• Maintain regular client contact to support service utilization and progress.
• Provide individual and group interventions addressing mental health and wellness needs.
