Meade is seeking an experienced Electrical Designer II - Arc Flash to design and draft electrical engineering construction plans for data centers and high-profile projects. Prior drafting experience in electrical fields is preferred, but related backgrounds will be considered.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an electrical designer/drafter.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Ability to work in a team with Project Managers, Engineers and Designers.
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be motivated by deadlines, and multi-task.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop, draft, and publish electrical construction documents for data centers and high-profile commercial projects.
Draft work under the direction of project managers and engineers, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines.
Create and maintain company-specific AutoCAD standards and technical details.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve design challenges and improve drafting processes.
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Assist in the integration of Revit models and BIM coordination when applicable.
