Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to lead American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED instructor courses, train instructor candidates, and ensure proficiency in teaching methods. You will prepare sessions, demonstrate CPR/AED techniques, and deliver training across schools, community centers, hospitals, and offices, with weekend availability and ARC compliance.

This part-time, 1099 contract role requires strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail to maintain high training

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor Trainer certification.
• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
