KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, invites you to join our Arby’s family as a Shift Manager at our Tempe location. You will lead a fast‑paced crew, manage daily operations, and ensure top customer service while supporting training and shift execution.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of supervisory experience in quick service or retail, are 18+, and are available evenings, weekends and holidays. Benefits include paid training and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

Responsibilities
