Job summary

KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Shift Manager for our Arby’s location in Tempe, AZ. You will lead crew members, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and uphold food safety and customer service standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
