Job summary

KBP Inspired, an Arby’s franchise location in the United States, is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to lead daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure fast, friendly service for every guest.

You will train new staff, manage opening/closing duties, and help drive sales while upholding food safety and quality standards. This role offers paid training, meal benefits, and a clear path toward Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager roles within KBP Brands.

• At least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
