Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations.
• Ensure quality, safety and guest satisfaction during each shift.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and manage daily staff coverage.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and equipment operation when needed.
