What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; maneuver through compact spaces safely; operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation for Shift Managers varies based on skills, experience, and location, with an approximate range of $13.00 to $21.40 per hour, and specific figures for Maryland ($17.00 to $19.00).
