What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a QSR environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; maneuver safely in compact spaces; operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation for Shift Manager roles varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges as follows:

• $13.00 to $21.40 per hour in most areas.
• Maryland: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
