Bonus Program

Eligible GMs can participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life

• Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff for operational excellence.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights weekly.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges in Maryland from $55,000 to $60,000. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
