Daily Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and train team members to ensure a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain food quality standards and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs for profitability.
• Address operational challenges during shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for long periods, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
