A Day in the Life of an Assistant General Manager

• Lead and motivate a team, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure a memorable dining experience by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain high-quality food standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Address and resolve shift challenges.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, stand, and operate equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, typically ranging from $14.00 to $23.40 per hour, with Maryland at $19.00 to $22.00.
