Bonus Program: As an Assistant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.

A day in the life of an Assistant General Manager includes:

• Leading and motivating a team, including training, scheduling, and coaching for a positive work environment.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Overseeing daily operations like inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Managing labor and food costs to maximize profits.
• Addressing and resolving shift issues.

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges from $14.00 to $23.40 per hour nationally, and $19.00 to $22.00 in Maryland.
