Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Representative in Southampton, NY. You will visit client properties, assess tree and shrub care needs, and provide scientific recommendations while growing long-term client relationships.

The role offers a base salary draw plus commission, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience in tree care or sales, ISA certification, and a valid driver’s license are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience.
• ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain; Bartlett will pay for exam and prep.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing and potential residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate their tree and shrub care needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships within the defined territory.
• Prepare and provide proposals to clients utilizing sales process tools and software.
• Supervise work to be performed, ensuring jobs are completed based on the signed contract and to the client's satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.
