Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Corvallis, OR, seeks an Arborist Crew Leader to guide a tree care crew in delivering safe, high‑quality arboriculture services. You will supervise daily work, ensure safety standards, and train crew members under the direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of tree climbing experience (DdRT or SRT) and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Tree climbing experience and leadership ability.
• Proven safety focus and ability to supervise crew.
• Strong communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling, rigging, and removals.
• Maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervise crews and train crew members on designated jobs.
