Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our outdoor tree care crew in Austin, TX. You will perform ground, climbing, and aerial lift tasks under the supervision of an Arborist Crew Leader, ensuring safe, high-quality care for trees and shrubs on residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license, and a passion for nature and safety.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations, and operating tools and equipment.
