This role emphasizes safety, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement; you will perform ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties and help with pruning, removals, and cabling as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license, Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all arboriculture tasks including pruning and removals.
• Identify trees and assess risks.
• Cabling and bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain tools and operate equipment.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
