Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our Seattle team. You will be integral to a tree care crew, focusing on tree climbing and assisting crew leaders with residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include ground, climbing, and aerial lift work, plus performing pruning, removals, cabling, and root work while upholding safety standards. CDL preferred and outdoor work year-round is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) experience.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture: tree ID, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts) and follow safety rules.
