Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber who will join a professional tree care crew, focusing on climbing and assisting Crew Leaders with residential and commercial work. The role emphasizes safety, continued learning, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities include ground and aerial lift duties, tree identification, pruning, removals, cabling, and proper tool operation, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance in varied outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely execute arboriculture tasks: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.
