Bartlett Tree Experts is hiring an Arborist Climber to join a professional outdoor crew in San Francisco, CA. You will perform tree climbing tasks, assist Crew Leaders, and contribute to residential and commercial pruning, removals, and maintenance.

We offer a safety-first workplace, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. The role requires outdoor work year-round and a valid driver’s license, with CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety rules and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties under Arborist Crew Leader guidance.
• Safely execute all arboriculture tasks: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling/bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Adhere to safety rules and promote a safe work culture.
