Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Osterville, MA is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew. Your primary responsibility will be tree climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders in performing tree and shrub care on residential and commercial properties.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing with DdRT or SRT.
• Aerial lift operation experience.
• A valid driver’s license if possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely carry out all arboriculture tasks: pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, root collar work.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety policies.
• Demonstrate passion for nature and outdoor work.
