Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber to join a professional outdoor tree care crew in Frederick, MD. You will climb trees and assist Crew Leaders with a range of arborist services on residential and commercial properties, while prioritizing safety and professional development.

The role requires climbing experience, operating aerial lifts, and a valid driver's license, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement and training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture: tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Follow all safety rules and company safety policies.
