Bartlett Tree Experts in Charleston, SC is seeking an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew. The role focuses on tree climbing and supporting Arborist Crew Leaders in delivering high-quality pruning, removals, and other tree services on residential and commercial properties.

This position requires at least one year of climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round in varied weather.

Qualifications

• At least one year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience in tree care.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture including tree identification.
• Assess tree risk, prune, remove, cabling and bracing as needed.
• Carry out root collar excavations and maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Learn and comply with safety rules and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

As an Arborist Climber, you will play an important role in:

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader


• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including:
