Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; no JD or LLM candidates.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication and project management skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat/Power PDF.
  • Fluency in another language is a plus.
  • Prior law firm experience is a plus.
  • Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Support a diverse International Arbitration Practice Group across offices.
  • Work with teams to accomplish deadline-driven projects.
  • Be involved in all facets of significant international arbitration disputes.
  • Extensive case management including maintenance of case files and databases.
  • Maintain procedural calendars and coordinate document productions.
  • Provide support during case filings and hearings and assist with research.
  • Copy-editing and review of sources and citations.
  • Assist other arbitration paralegals as needed toward deadlines.
