Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of litigation experience with significant experience in commercial arbitration.
• Demonstrated experience defending personal injury matters, preferably in a high‑volume context.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial arbitration proceedings from inception through resolution.
• Defend personal injury claims across various fact patterns.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions to compel arbitration.
• Develop and execute case strategy with clients.
• Supervise and mentor associates and support staff.
• Manage client relationships and be the primary contact for key accounts.
