Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to support the firm’s New York defense practice. This position offers an opportunity for a litigator to take on a significant role handling complex matters in a collaborative, forward-thinking law firm environment. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in defense litigation and strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, along with meaningful courtroom experience. Candidates should ideally come from a background handling matters such as insurance defense, professional liability, product liability, labor law, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, or general liability, though experience in all areas is not required. At least 1+ years of New York Labor Law Experience is preferred. This role requires initiative, sound judgment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
