The ideal candidate has extensive commercial arbitration defense experience, a robust motions practice, and a proven ability to develop client relationships. NY Bar admission and NYC area location are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of litigation experience, with significant experience in commercial arbitration.
• Active admission to the New York State Bar is required.
• Strong motions practice background, including experience with motions to dismiss and motions to compel arbitration.

Responsibilities

• Leading commercial arbitration proceedings on behalf of technology company clients from inception through resolution, including motions practice, hearings, and appeals.
• Defending personal injury claims in the NYC metropolitan area across a range of fact patterns.
• Drafting and arguing motions to dismiss, motions to compel arbitration, and other dispositive motions.
• Developing and executing case strategy in close coordination with clients.
• Supervising and mentoring associates and support staff across assigned matters.
• Managing client relationships and serving as a primary point of contact for key accounts.
